William Robert Norwood III, 37, faces four charges related to the insurrection, including theft of government property for allegedly stealing an officer’s helmet and tactical vest, which FBI agents said were later found in a storage trailer in Greenville.

Stephen Maury Baker was taken into custody and had his initial court appearance on Monday, according to the FBI. Baker becomes the third man from the Carolinas charged in connection to the riots. Christopher Raphael Spencer of Pilot Mountain, N.C. was taken into custody without incident by special agents two weeks ago.

Christopher Raphael Spencer participated in the riots incited by President Trump that left at least five people dead. He is now the second person in the Carolinas to face federal charges after Andrew Hatley of Easley, S.C. was accused of forcing his way into a restricted building and engaging in disorderly conduct on the Capitol grounds two weeks ago.

“It has come to my attention that there was someone who looks like me at the Capitol," Andrew Hatley said in a Facebook post. "I’d like to set the record straight. I don’t have that kind of motivation for lost causes. I just don’t care enough anymore, certainly not enough for all that.”

Outside of the arrests, five people died during Wednesday's events including a Capitol police officer, who was hit in the head by a fire extinguisher by a rioter. A woman was shot and killed by police after disregarding orders by officers and three others died of medical emergencies.
