TORONTO (AP) -- Logan Morrison hit a two-run homer, Evan Longoria and Corey Dickerson added solo shots and the Tampa Bay Rays connected three times in the eighth inning to beat the struggling Toronto Blue Jays 7-4 on Friday night. Derek Norris added a solo homer in the ninth. He had two hits and two RBIs. Kevin Pillar homered and reached base five times for the Blue Jays, who lost their third straight.
NBA PLAYOFFS-SCHEDULE Wizards rally to go up 2-0 UNDATED (AP) -- The Houston Rockets and Washington Wizards each have two-games-to-none leads in the first round of the NBA playoffs. The Rockets overcame a historic triple-double by Russell Westbrook, while the Wizards survived a rugged game against Atlanta. Westbrook produced the highest-scoring triple-double in playoff history, but it wasn't enough for Oklahoma City in a 115-111 loss to the Rockets.
The Boston Red Sox and Washington Nationals took a memorable tour of the U.S. Naval Academy before engaging in one last inconsequential baseball game prior to opening day. Playing within the guarded walls of the academy on Navy's home diamond, the Nationals and Boston played to a 4-4 tie Saturday in a tiny stadium jammed with 1,030 fans -- most of them Midshipmen in uniform.
