Video of the incident shows the two deputies outside Sutherland's cell trying to remove him for a court hearing. One of them appears to use a taser several times as Sutherland cries out for help on the floor. They also kneeled on his back before he eventually stopped moving. An hour later, Sutherland was pronounced dead, according to officials at the Al Cannon Detention Center.

Wright died of a single gunshot wound to the chest on Sunday afternoon, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office, which classified his death as a homicide. Potter resigned on Tuesday after receiving backlash for her actions during the traffic stop.

Rapper and actor DMX has died at hospital in New York on Friday. He was 50. The rapper's condition is said to have shown no improvement after a series of tests that were performed Wednesday, leaving his family with the agonizing decision to take the 50-year-old entertainer off life support.

A statement from Buckingham Palace said, "It is with deep sorrow that Her Majesty The Queen announces the death of her beloved husband, His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. His Royal Highness passed away peacefully this morning at Windsor Castle."
